How to block purchasing transaction only for a single company in JDE?

Hi All

In JDE 9.2.5.6 , there is a requirement to block purchase order transactions for a particular company where purchase orders are created from an external interface through BSSV as well as created manually in JDE

All purchasing transactions created for that company are required to be blocked and for a particular order type only
