Unable to update the Quantity on a Change Request

Hello,

Using Oracle 12.2.9.

We have a user who is attempting to raise a change request against a requisition, however the Quantity field is not visible and only has three dots displayed and no quantity shown.

If user attempts to receipt the requisition, the quantity is displayed.

This has always been an issue for this user. It does not seem to be happening to anyone else.

Any help/advice is much appreciated.
