QPP exemption not being calculated

Hello,

just checking to see if anyone may have any suggestions on the following.

A user is testing a payroll for Quebec employees, the QPP basic exemption is calculating for most of the employees but there are a few where it is not. There does not appear to be an existing entry in the Quantum table for the period and the employees are not setup to be exempt from QPP. QPP is being calculated but it is not taking into account the exemption amount. Trying to determine what may be causing this for the few employees.
