OEM 13c on RHEL -> Oracle Database 19c on Windows (targets)

My team has a need to implement File Integrity Monitoring for our Oracle on Windows environments.

This is an audit requirement, so that we can capture any changes to the system files that Oracle depends on but are not part of approved changes. I know that this is something that is available for both Exadata and Linux by default, but I wanted to ask the community if there was a way to accomplish this effectively for an Oracle on Windows environment, through OEM.

I do see that there are facets that will monitor the Windows Registry Keys, and I could build some sort of reporting off of that, but I am not sure that it will be an equivalent to the existing Exadata and Linux monitoring/reporting.
