Workflow fails during Siebel Upgrade from IP14 to IP23

Siebel IP 23.8 version

Hi,

during our internal test after upgrading Siebel from IP14 to IP23 version we've encountered error below (*) during XSL reading (this is a workflow step).

Anyone faced same issue or similar?
