Upgrade Database server's OS from RHEL7 to RHEL8/9

All my database has just been recently upgraded to 19c from 11g via out of place upgrade method. All this database are running on RHEL 7 & recently I receive updates from my infra team that they need to upgrade the OS from to a supported version of Linux either RHEL8 or 9.

From database point of view is there any steps to ensure that the OS upgrade will not break the database?
