we can't find invoice to apply to credit memo.

Oracle EBS receivables 12.2.11


we have invoice that we applied to receipt but have balance, we created credit memo and want to apply the invoice with balance to credit memo, when you go to transaction>query credit memo>then Actions>Applications>the invoice are not available to apply.


please assist
