Asset Retirement - Transaction Generator process

The Transaction Generator process will automatically expire the lease and dispose the under line asset whose lease end date is in the past.

For this process though there are more than 2 lease that satisfy above condition. I want only one of them to be expired . Rest i dont disturb, In this case when I ran Transaction Generator process specifying the lease number it is still not considering the considering the lease number and retires all lease that satisfy the past date. Is this a bug , do we have options ? or we just need to turn off the notify & update button in BU set up page?
