Attention EBS US HR Customers: 2023 California Pay Data Reporting Update Patches Released!

Attention EBS US HR customers who use the EBS HRMS application to generate the output for submitting their California Pay Data Reports to the state of California: we have released one off patches that include the necessary updates to assist you with reporting for 2023. The California Pay Data Reporting Portal, links to the Excel and CSV templates, FAQs and other information are available here: https://calcivilrights.ca.gov/paydatareporting/.

Note that for 2023 reporting, employers must submit their reports by May 8, 2024.

The following one off patches have been released and are available on My Oracle Support:
