Oracle DB 19.22 Internal error [Invalid address alignment] on Solaris 11.4 OS

Hi Everyone,

We are facing below issue after Oracle database 19.22 upgrade hosted on Solaris 11.4 box:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qkaDumpSignaturesFromStream:magic], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qesdpDPCSetupNextExec()+2768] [SIGBUS] [ADDR:0xFFFFFFFF7D6FCD39] [PC:0x109BA98B0] [Invalid address alignment] []

Database is getting closed frequently due to above issue.

Oracle DB version - Oracle 19.22 (Container DB with 1 CDB mapped with 1 PDB)

OS Version - Solaris 11.4

I have found Oracle patch 34835042 for similar issue but this is available till Oracle 19.20 version only and as per Oracle documentation this fixed in Oracle 19.21.

Please help!
