Mobile Inventory Scanner options

PeopleSoft Mobile Inventory, we're on PeopleSoft 9.2, PUM 48, Tools 8.6.07

We're currently using iPhones in sleds as scanners. We're finding that these tend to wear down more quickly than we'd prefer and so are looking to other options.

I'm wondering if anyone is using the Zebra EC50/55s or any other newer versions of the Zebra. Or if anyone is using the Honeywell CT30/40 XP and if you'd be willing to share your insights on these devices and what your experience has been with them.

If anyone else is using a scanner that they are really happy with I'd love to hear about that as well.
