ELM - How to change default value for filter on MSS Team Learning View

How do I change the default value on the MSS-Team Learning page? Please see attached screenshot.

In our testing environment, the default value is set for the last 90 days, but in our production environment it defaults to "All Learning". This causes an issue for many managers as they have several employees that have training history over 20 years, and the page times out before it can load due to the large amount of data the Fluid page is trying to load.

I know the filters can be found at Main Menu -> Setup ELM -> Learning Filters, but these pages don't control what the default value is. These aren't Translate Values either, so that isn't an option to select the order/default value.
