ODA X5-2 hangs regularly

I have an ODA X5-2(Version 12.1.0.2.0) , the node 0 OS will hangs regularly，there is no law, maybe runs 1 day to 3 months, and it hangs again . While it hangs , the scream shows like [Buffer I/0 error on dev dm-8, logical block 2996227, lost async page write] ,

The OK and OS disk LED are off ,


I have already replaced two of OS disks one by one，and the RAID card & battery, riser card , sas cable, disk backplane , it hangs all the same.

After cold reboot the system, the OS runs normally , all the hardware are good , and there is no failure or error message in it .
