National Insurance change from 10% to 8%

Hello Team

Chancellor, Jeremy Hunt, has delivered the Spring Budget 2024

As part of his statement he had announced the following change effective from 6-APR-2024

The government is cutting the main rate of employee National Insurance by 2p from 10% to 8% from 6 April 2024.

Can you kindly confirm patch availability date for this?
