Is it possible to set up multiple initiators in the same legal entity in AGIS billing

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Oracle 19C AGIS

Can we have multiple initiators set up in the same legal entity to bill other sites? The parent site of the legal entity is currently set up to be the initiator, but there are multiple sites in that legal entity that need to issue invoices and have the receivable be on the site and not at the legal entity level. Is this possible and if so, how do we do this?
