Clicking "Profile Item Changes" row doesn't open "Profile Item Details" page.

Hello! I'm encountering an issue where certain items pending approval don't open the "profile item details" page (other rows of same content type open the details). Any assistance is greatly appreciated!


PS HCM 9.2

PT 8.59.18


Go to Approvals Tile.

Click a pending approval row for a "Person Profile" type of approval.

Click "Profile Item Changes" row to review details, nothing happens.


Cannot determine why "Profile Items Details" does not open for certain transactions.

Unsure how to replicate, seems sporadic.


This only happens occasionally for particular transactions pending approval.

Manager can click some/most transactions, but certain ones do nothing after clicking.
