Startup time/Shutdown time - CDB/PDB history

Oracle 19c - CDB/PDB environment

RAC: 5 nodes

I would like figure out the date and time for database instance(s) reboot and tried the following tables/query. They all show the last date of reboot is February 20th. For the fact, there were several reboots at the end of February and beginning of March.

What am I missing? Please help.

DBA_HIST_DATABASE_INSTANCE

DBA_HIST_PDB_INSTANCE

DBA_PDB_HISTORY

CDB_HIST_PDB_INSTANCE
