SBC AP4500 REGISTER message reject

AP4500 - S-CX6.3.0 version

Is there a setting that handles the reason code (ex..403forbidden, 480Temporally Unavailable, 503Service Unavailable, etc.) that the SBC rejects when the REGISTER message comes in on the SBC AP4500?
