I cant resize Database

Im using Autonomous Database, i went from Free tier to Paid and default is 1 TB for storage, I

tried to change it in Manage resource allocation, but it doesnt work

Im getting error- The Autonomous Database operation failed due to an unknown error. Refer to JobId cb8d43fe-177e-4680-82b8-9d2f2974dc8d and WorkRequestId aec29948-48e1-45a5-8095-07ecaf3f86ba when opening a Service Request at My Oracle Support.

I opened service request, but this is fundamental function and it should work.

Now We are losing money, because we are paying for storage that We dont need and cant resize it.
