Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. where does the IQ document number come from?

the system is not assigning the next number for IQ document. in this field it is correctly set.

we have movements without a document number assigned for the IQ
