JDK and OPatch upgrade on ODA outside ODA patching cycle

We are ODA version 19.20 o X8-2HA and our vulnerability scan tool suggest to upgrade jdk and OPatch as below.

Can we upgrade them outside ODA patching cycle( ODA 19.21 next) ? , if Yes , how and do we need to update any config files and/or mysql metadata of ODA ?

Path : /u01/app/odaorahome/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_9/OPatch/

Installed version : 1.8.0.371.11 / build 8.0.371

Fixed version : Upgrade to version 8.0.401 or greater

Path : /opt/oracle/dcs/java/1.8.0_381/

Installed version : 1.8.0.381.09 / build 8.0.381

Fixed version : Upgrade to version 8.0.401 or greater
