PeopleSoft Requisition Sourcing to Inventory Question

Versions: PS 9.2 PUM Image 41 and PTools 8.59

Question: Do you have any documentation on how to achieve the following scenarios?

1. If the item exists in the inventory business unit, source it to inventory
2. If the item partially exists in the inventory business unit, fulfill part of the order and source the remaining quantity to the supplier.
3. If the item exists in the inventory business unit but with zero quantity, source the requisition to the supplier.
4. If the item does not exist in the inventory business unit, source the requisition to the supplier.
