Performance issues when working with baselines

Using PPM P6 version 22.12 within Citrix

Users attempting to run a baseline will lockup and show 'Not Responding' . The time to create a new baseline was around 15 minutes it has jumped to 45+ minutes is there any known issues with baselines in this version?
