How can I use a SQL query to determine what user was removed from a role and who made the change?

JDE Enterprise One Version 9.2

windows environment

I am trying to create a query that would tell me who was removed from roles and who made the changes in JDE.

If an out of the box report exists for this (I could not find one) then that's cool but i would prefer to use a SQL query and export the data to excel.

If not can someone point to the needed tables to look through? I have been through SY920.F9312 but I am not sure if that table is right as I cannot get a listing of what each of the event codes means. I would also need to know which role was removed. This would be a query of the entire user base.

Howdy, Stranger!
