sqr standalone

I am trying to install sqr release 11 - we have this on HP-UX but need to move it to linux.

I have seen documents such as 2672764.1 that indicate it's part of EPM (enterprise performance management) but i have downloaded this entire package from edelivery but I don't see how to install it from there. Has this changed since this document was updated in 2022?
