Issue with Accessing Multiple AA Report in Campus Solution

I'm reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue I've encountered while attempting to access the Multiple Advisement Report in Campus Solution. Upon trying to access the report, I'm presented with the following error message: "You are not authorized to access this component. (40,20)".

After some investigation, I found that the component associated with this report in the backend is "SAA_MULTI_RPT_RQST_GBL". However, when I checked the security settings in PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), I realized that this component is not available under the menu of DEFINE_ACADEMIC_REQUIREMENTS.
