Oracle Database Upgrade - Non-CDB architecture support

Hi Team,

I'm finding some conflicting information regarding support for non-CDB architecture. It's my understanding that non-CDB was depreciated in 12c and no longer supported as of 21c, is that correct?

I've only been able to find this information in the Database Upgrade guide for 21c - is there a better source for this information?
