Load Balancer problems

Hello,

{deleted attachment - contains private information}

we are 4 web servers and 1 load balancer to redirect the users. Since february, 1st we have faced problems with the balancing of the web servers. Sometimes one web server have 80 users and the others 5/6 logged in.


JDE seems to work fine so could it be a problem with the laod balancer? Is it the configuration correct? I attach the configuration. JDE TR is 9.2.5.2 and the load balancer is NetScaler ADC VPX (200).
