autoupgrade: rolling back RU patching

I'm using 19c and in-place patching for the database and investigating OOP using autoupgrade for RU patching for both RAC and SIHA environments

My scenario: I have patched from 19.19 to 19.21 and several days have passed by. Now I have an issue (hypothetically) and need to revert back to the old 19.19 ORACLE_HOME.

Using the GRP / flashback would result in data loss. Can I switch back without data loss? With in-place patching this would be straight forward.....
