what does 'Auto creation of a planning item from another planning item is not supported' Mean?

Oracle Product - Oracle Primavera Unifier

Version - 22.12.10.0

We tried to auto-create a cost type BP from RFB type BP along with line item when it is approved but when the RFB BP reached approved status the autocreation failed with error 'Auto creation of a planning item from another planning item is not supported'

Any guidance to setup autocreation(Upper form and Line Item) from a RFB type BP to Line Item with cost type BP would be helpful
