Hello,

We are trying to determine if functionality exists within PeopleSoft that would allow for an automated email with attachment to be sent to job candidates in a certain applicant status. We've looked at HR notifications but everything I'm seeing requires the recipient to have an Employee ID. Does anyone know of a solution that would work for this scenario?
