"Drive type unknown" running format for new LUN at Solaris 10

I have added a new LUN to our server running Solaris 10. The LUN is SSD volume from PureStorage Array.

I would like to format the LUN with "format" command. However, "Drive type unknown" was reported. The available type to be selected is as below, but none of them are correct.


AVAILABLE DRIVE TYPES:
