GoldenGate extract lag is increasing

in GoldenGate, Streams and Distributed Database (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

Lag on extract is increasing , I analyzed the GoldenGate section in AWR report it is capturing almost 5-6k message per sec and taking up to 4 GB in Stream Pool which looks good..It is processing records , but lag kept on increasing. I can see huge NW wait event in AWR report almost 35% of total wait , looks like GG is taking time to fetch data from Archive/Redo log ..As GG admin what all we can do if cannot change Archive disk.

OGG is Classic 21.3 and source DB is 19c..Please share if any inputs
