how to repeat a column value on each row?

Hi,

My matrix report query need to return some cell values as zero, where there is no value / or return row.

for example: I have memo 1 to 4 and there are 101 - 106 accounts, the highlighted cell have no value, so my query don't return that account for the memo, and in my matrix report the value / cell is shifted to left.

I need to select all the accounts which even that have no value/ amount for memo in table.

I need to show zero in these cells, I am using xml publisher template.
