Intermittent slow downloads on yum.oracle.com during leapp OL7 to OL8 upgrade

Since Monday, we have been seeing many timeouts and very slow download speeds while carrying out in place Oracle Linux upgrades from Linux 7 to Linux 8.

The issue was intermittent and we found a couple of good hosts which we were then able to use and force the use of in the /etc/hosts file

(That IP is one of the good hosts we found.)
