Primavera P6 v 24.1 - We are on cloud service but using Pro to connect as well as EPPM. This is happening in both but not for the same users.

I've searched the knowledge base and google'd but haven't found anything for this specific event code. My users are randomly getting it and I can't see any reasons why it's happening. I cannot replicate myself. Any help would be great.
