can you please help me, clarify these 2 things

1. is there difference between

-Oracle Procurement Command Center Plus VS

-Oracle Procurement Command Center

I found some user guide and one of them explains functionality in ""Oracle Procurement Command Center Plus"".

is there different 'basic' VS 'plus' version? how do we know which version we have? does plus means you have to get extra licensing etc?


2. in procurement ECC, is it an option to **create a new purchase order from a requisition** ?

or is this action must be done via standard oracle form, and not possible in command center?
