UN8 not installed properly after the TR upgrade to 9.2.8.1 from 9.2.7.3

Hello,

After the TR upgrade from 9.2.7.3 to 9.2.8.1, we installed the UN8 but it has only Business functions and data structures but it has not merged/extracted any other objects.

We tried to re-apply UN8 and still facing same issue. Any leads would be very helpful
