MSS - Update Job Details for Group and Row Level Security (RLS)

January 2024, we deployed Update Job Details for Group and noticing a difference in search results when making a Department Change versus a Reports To/Supervisor Change. When the manager enters a Department Change, all departments within our organization is being returned and not the departments in which we have defined per our Row Level Security setup. When a Reports To/Supervisor Change is made, it appears to be limiting the selection of supervisors only to the departments they have access to per our Row Level Security setup. I have an open SR 3-35566717741 and on yesterday was directed to ask the community for some insight from those of you who may be using this MSS functionality.
