Upgrade local OL7.9

Hello, I want to implement an upgrade on my server, which is Oracle Linux 7.9, I would like to upgrade to OL8.


Weblogic 12.2 is installed on the server


I would like to know if I need to make some considerations on the part of the operating system, in my case it would be an upgrade locally, without an internet connection.
