Manager view of Employee Total Rewards

We are implementing fluid Total Rewards statement and I am curious if there is a way to only allow the manager to view the summary section for the employee reward statement. I have checked off "exclude from manager view" on the rewards items, but all of the sections still appear on the statement.

Is it possible to only allow the summary page to be viewed by managers?
