RPAS Version - 14.0.1

We are trying to rebuild the domain in test environment.

We have taken the latest config file from PRD and placed the same under config folder in TEST environment.
Exported the latest hierarchies (PRD, CLND, LOC) from PRD and placed the same in INPUT path in TEST environment.

We have executed the below command,

nohup rpasInstall -fullinstall -ch /rpas/Test/domain/MLP/devsup/merch/config -cn MLP -in /rpas/Test/domain/MLP/devsup/merch/input -log rpasInstall.log -dh /rpas/Test/domain/MLP/devsup/merch/domain -p DIV &
We are receiving the below error.
FAILURE : Does DomainHome exist -- NO.
