When reassigning roles in user management is there a possibility to have workflow approval?

Can anyone answer the question below?

When reassigning roles in User M

anagement, there is no workflow approval like when you assign a role for the first time. Example: I request a role with a starting date of 1-2-2024 for the period up to and including 15-2-2024. The end date is 15-2-2024. After this, for example on March 15, 2024, I still need the role for 1 day. In user management I remove the end date and click save and apply. There is no approval workflow. Is it possible to set up an approval workflow starts when a role is reassigned? See some screenshots with description in the attachment.
