How Project status impact on Resource assignment?

Hi, oracle primavera p6 eppm, version 23.10.

On Resource tab, assignment page, I'd like to know if the resource allocation per activities displayed is only related to active projects or it includes also other project statuses.

I have check id there is any filter but the only filter is on the specific resource I am checking (the one added in the filter).

I'm supposed to see only the assignment for active projects so What-if, inactive and planned must not be visible nor included.

Is it correct?
