Separate calendar for Manufacturing and Cycle counting

Business wants to have separate calendars for Cycle Counting, another for Production/Manufacturing.

Oracle says cycle counting follows the work day calendar assigned at the organization level. However, there is a field on the cycle count definition form to assign a calendar. It allows to select a different calendar as compared to the one assigned to the inventory organization.

Can we have have separate calendars for Cycle Counting, another for Production/Manufacturing?
