ACA - Contact Name issue on ACA Transmittal File

We created out ACA manifest and request file with a contact name that is no longer with our company and who's IRS log-in is no longer associated with our company on the IRS website. This is causing an issue when trying to upload the manifest and request files. We are getting a system error on the IRS side. They asked us to create a replacement file, which we did, but the old contact name is still on the file. We are unable to change the name on the file, as when
