[FS/SCM AM] Exploding Lines for Tagging

PeopleTools 8.58, PeopleSoft FS/SCM 9.2.47 (plan on upgrading both to the latest this summer)

TLDR: how to enter single procurement lines that become multiple, taggable assets at receiving.

We currently require that staff enter a single procurement line (in Requisition/Purchasing) for each discrete, taggable asset so that at receiving (and beyond) each item can be tagged, have depreciation tracked, etc.

For example, if we bought 10 ovens, we would require that staff enter 10 separate identical lines so that at receiving we could tag each one.

I know there's a mechanism in PeopleSoft such that instead you could just enter 1 line with quantity of 10 items, but have it become 10 separate assets at receiving.
