Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. hi

I've downloaded apex from https://container-registry.oracle.com/ords after installation

everything went fine with the installation.

and I can open the web page in port 8181 from localhost

but I can't reach port 8181 out of localhost

is there a way to do that?
