Upgrading ODA to Release 19.22 from 19.20

We are running the ODA x8-2s on version 19.20.

The 19.22 deployment and user guide indicates that we need to follow the instructions in the chapter "Upgrading Oracle Database Appliance to Release 19.22 Using Data Preserving Reprovisioning" but I don't see this chapter anywhere. Can someone provide guidance on how to upgrade to 19.22 from 19.20 or previous 3 releases? Thank you.
