Error Applying PRP 36159970 to PUM Image 31

PT 8.60.11

We are trying to apply the latest Patch 36159970: 2024-2025 FM ADDITIONAL UPDATES #3 and are getting an error about a table not existing when applying the PRP to our PUM.

Table name is PS_PTIASPMLPRPDTL and it does not exist in our PUM 31 nor in the only other one we have locally, PUM 30.

Anyone else having this issue?
